  I love this dental office they are always there when i need help. I had a very sore tooth they got me in right away and the reception girls were so kind to me and my son. Recommend this place for everyone to visit!!!!!!!!!!

  This is the worst place you can go specially if you have an insurance. They called my six months after a cleaning once I had a complete dental coverage and asked me for $150 extra!!! Let me explain my awful experience in detail. I am a UWaterloo student and I have a dental coverage which covers 100% of cleaning and examination. All my friends on the same program and the same insurance plan do cleaning and examination once per year for free. I went to this awful place. They checked my insurance and said your insurance covers everything and it costs $400. I said OK. After 6 month once I had graduated they called me asking for $150 extra!! I said what is that for and they said it costed $500 ($100 more than they told me first) and your insurance has paid $350. I called the insurance and it was not their fault as they had paid everything. I am going to sue them for their weird behavior. I asked at least 10 of my friends who has the same plan as me and regularly do cleaning and examination and they never had to pay extra and it never had happened to them and their friends. Do not trust them. The lady who were telling me to pay the money changed the reason she was mentioning several times. She keeps calling and every time a new story. Once they have not covered your examination, then she changed it to that the prices the insurance pays is based on 2005 and so on!!!
