  I was a nervous wreck and I made a phone call.. the voice on the other end was sweet and answered all my questions and advised me to come in for a consultation as it had been way too long! The very next day I made my way to my appointment only to be met with the most warm friendly staff no matter where I looked! I was treated like a princess and handled so very gentle I am not sure I was at a dentist as it was too fun! Then the day after that I went in for not 1 but 2 route canals! Again I was amazed at how patient and kind everyone is and treated like gold. I was kept very comfortable, did not feel a thing and it was over in no time. I had been looking for a dentist for months and extremely nervous..I am blessed to have found Bridgeport Family Dentistry. I recommend anyone who is nervous or thinks their teeth are beyond repair to at least give them a call. You will be pleasantly surprised I promise! I have a long road ahead of me to the full repair of my teeth but I feel confident moving forward thanks to Bridgeport staff and Dr. Garg. By far the best dentist ever! :) I am now a forever patient! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

  I went here because of all the five star reviews. My hygienist was nice and seemed to do a pretty good job on the cleaning. The dentist seemed very wishy washy on what needed to be done. I.e. We should pull two of my wisdom teeth, or maybe all of my wisdom teeth. Didn't give me any explanation of why this needed to be done when all my prior dentists have said they are fine. Also pretty expensive place even though I only have to pay 20% copay. But the worst was when I booked with a different dentist for a second opinion. I gave them the release to transfer the paperwork 2 weeks before the appointment but Bridgeport didn't send it over. Even when I arrived the the next appointment and the new dentist still didn't have my x-rays, the Bridgeport office just hung up on the new dentist! The new dentist had to threaten to report the office to finally get my records! I can't believe they are so unprofessional.

  I have been coming to this dentist for many years. The receptionists are very nice and they are knowledgeable about employee benefits and group insurance plans. This office will also bill direct with your insurance provider so you do not need to pay upfront. I have had a few different dental hygienists and all have been friendly and gentle. The dentist is very friendly and he ensures that all of your needs are addressed. I highly recommend this dental office, they will take good care of you and your pearly whites.
