- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very disappointed today to be told initially that Shoppers will not provide a refund or exchange on defective product beyond 30 days. My Herbion cough medicine purchased March 16th (exp 05 /18) appears to have flakes floating in it but I was shut down cold by a supervisor when I returned to the store with receipt in hand. It took a call back later to reach a manager and have this resolved with a promise of refund when I return.. If this is accurate I will be shopping elsewhere in future for any product with a shelf life beyond 30 days.by Steve BryantJuly 06, 2017
