  Horrible, horrible pharmacy. I am new to Ontario from another province, waiting 1 more month to get my OHIP card. She would not refill my Synthroid medication for my thyroid problem until I get a new prescription. I am supposed to take these daily and now I am without my necessary medication. Good thing I am not diabetic and need insulin. No help or compassion whatsoever! Avoid this place.

  I need my medication in containers that have screw on lids, I can not open lids that are flip on. It took me approx. 2 years or since management changed of asking every time I picked up a prescription that the lids were wrong that I needed the screw on ones. Sometimes it took me 2 and 3 trips until they got it right. It looks like that finally they got it. I hope that it lasts. Very frustrating and also double work for them having to change containers, print new labels, etc. Also they are very unorganized, and the line ups and waiting times are unnerving.

  I will no longer be using this pharmacy for prescriptions. It has become more convenient for me to a more distant pharmacy to have my prescriptions filled. The pharmacy is notorious for mistakes, not having your prescription ready when they say it will be ready, not listening to their answering machine messages where your doctor leaves prescription details so that you can get your medication on time before your oral surgery that is in a couple days, etc. Yesterday, myself and 3 other customers, while waiting forever to have our prescriptions filled and their mistakes rectified, became vocal about the service we were being provided. We were polite but critical. The pharmacist received the criticisms as well as can be expected. She did claim that the pharmacy is understaffed. If this is true, and is the sole reason for the mistakes and poor service, then a simple staff adjustment from Rexall should solve this problem. Rexall, please look into this. I'd love to have this pharmacy be my main pharmacy as it is proximal to my residence. For the time being, however, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
