- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience with the Waterloo West Animal Hospital has been nothing but phenomenal. I first came here in November of 2016 with my bearded dragon in an emergency situation. I called first to ensure they were well equipped to handle reptiles and sure enough they were. Although my bearded dragon did not make it; the team was exceptionally kind, empathetic, comforting and did not rush me out once she passed. I have been here on other occasions since with both my cat and puppy. The service continues to be exceptional with calls from staff to check in after visits and reminders about upcoming treatments/vaccines. I would recommend the Waterloo West Animal Hospital to anyone who is a new pet parent, needing a second opinion, or simply wishing to change veterinarians.by Kaitlin WrightApril 12, 2017
