They caused lots of irritation and sensitivity and never really made a difference in whitening. I heard of the spa-dent at home LED kits through a presentation and decided to buy it as a gift for her and she loved it. The instructions were very clear and simple to follow and with the natural ingredients she didn't experience any sensitivity from the whitening product.
