- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Karen is great for anyone that doesn't enjoy going to the dentist. Having had a series of bad experiences when I was younger, it is wonderful to find a dentist that is as good at her job as Karen is. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I do not recommend this place for UW students. They do not follow the guideline prices covered by the insurance offered by the university. I went in with a sore tooth, I was told it was a crack, and the dentist went ahead with a filling which turned out to be completely unnecessary and did not resolve the issue and then I was told it actually needs a root canal. I also had to cover the cost of wasted filling and very expensive cleaning which again was not covered by my insurance and I was not told it would cost so much (more than a filling) just to perform basic cleaning (which was party my bad for not asking in advance how much it would cost and reject unnecessary additional product they put on the teeth).by Melissa MozifianApril 13, 2017
