- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Bad customer service, Massive broker turnover. I left them 6 months ago after being with them for 15 years. I don't know why I put up with them for that long! I switched and ended up getting way more coverage on my house and I saved $400 per year on house and auto policies. Hearing their Ad on the radio drove me to finally write this review. Their slogan is "Big enough to know, small enough to know you.". That is such a crock... With the massive broker turnover, we had a different person every single time we contacted them (minimum once a year). And that person knew nothing about us. When new discounts came into place, like a discount for using snow tires, they didn't call us to find out if we used snow tires. They just kept renewing our policy as if nothing changed.
