  Class workouts can be intimidating, but not here. This facility will welcome any individual with open arms, regardless of your goals. The coaches truly care about your well being. Definitely recommend. Bonus that the views are amazing of the golf course and access to the clubs locker room facilities

  I joined Depth about three years ago, first as a shred member and then as a regular boot camp attendee. Beginning with a shred was perfect for me .It allowed me to focus on eating well and getting back into regular exercise. I have always been active but had found that I was not finding the time to consistently work out. The early morning classes have allowed me to fit a workout in so that I am free to take my kids to all their after school activities. The staff at Depth treat you like family and are all very enthusiastic and eager to help you meet your goals.
